I had the pleasure of attending Philadelphia Flyers forward Riley Cote’s 2nd annual Cote Carnival this weekend at  Swanky Bubbles in Cherry Hill, NJ. The event was held to raise money and awareness to help fight Multiple Sclerosis with all proceeds going to the MSAA.

I recently completed a piece for Riley and when I heard about the event, I   wanted to do what I could to help Riley’s cause. So, I offered to donate a 16 X 20 stretched canvas print to be included in the silent auction. The winning bid for the piece was $300. The carnival raised a total of $16,914.00 in just three hours.

I just wanted to say what an honor it was to be a small part of such a successful event. I could not be any happier or feel any more blessed that my talent was able to help raise some money for such a good cause. Congratulations Riley. Keep up the good work. I look forward to next year’s event. For more information

The fight against Multiple Sclerosis does not end with Riley’s event and you can still do your part to help. For more information or to make a donation please visit the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) site at: http://msassociation.org/. Every little bit helps.
